These terms apply between Obiera ("Obiera", "we", "us", "our"), based in London, United Kingdom, and anyone who uses this website or engages us for a Systems Audit, Systems Implementation, Systems Partner support, Google review cards, or a website or app build ("you", "your"). By using this site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
The website
This website and its content are provided for information about our services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Systems Audit
The Systems Audit is a free, no-obligation review of your workflows and where automation could help. Findings are based on the information you give us and are not a guarantee of specific results.
Systems Implementation
Implementation projects are scoped individually and quoted on a project basis, paid as a deposit followed by milestone payments as described to you before work begins. Timelines are estimates — they depend on how quickly we get the access, information and feedback we need from you. Once a system is built and handed over, you own the configuration built for your accounts; we retain no rights to your business data.
Systems Partner
Systems Partner is an ongoing, month-to-month support service, billed in advance for each service period as described on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how that works.
Google review cards, stickers and stands
These are physical products, priced and described on our review cards page. Orders are confirmed once we've agreed your review link and delivery details with you.
Payment
Prices on this site are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Payment terms for a specific project or order are confirmed with you before work begins or an order is placed.
Your responsibilities
To deliver AI automation and integrations, we often need timely access to your tools, accounts or information. Delays in providing this may affect project timelines. You're responsible for making sure any information or access you give us is something you're authorised to share.
Intellectual property
Our website content, brand and the Obi mascot belong to Obiera. Custom systems, workflows and configurations we build for you become yours to use once paid for in full, except for any underlying third-party tools or platforms, which remain subject to their own terms.
Liability
We'll deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party tools, platforms or services your system depends on. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Ending our engagement
Either of us can end a Systems Partner arrangement as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. For an Implementation project, either of us can end it before completion; work already delivered is payable, and any refund for undelivered work follows the same policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date we publish them here; anything already agreed with you in writing takes priority for that engagement.
