Who we are
Obiera ("Obiera", "we", "us", "our") builds AI automation, Google review cards and websites for businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business name (optional)
- Your phone number (optional)
- The service you're enquiring about, and the message you send us
If you go on to become a client, we also collect the information needed to deliver the service you've asked for — for example the tools, workflows or accounts we need access to in order to build and run an automation system for you.
We do not use cookies, analytics scripts or advertising trackers on this website.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- Reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you need
- Deliver a Systems Audit, build and run a system, or fulfil a Google review card order
- Send you information directly related to work you've asked us to do
- Meet our own legal, accounting and tax obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing your information
The enquiry form on this site is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our inbox by email. Web3Forms processes that submission on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. Depending on the service you engage us for, we may also need to share limited information with the specific tools or platforms your system is built on (for example a booking calendar, a phone or messaging provider, or a hosting service) — always only what's needed to deliver that service.
We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch or we have a legal obligation to retain records (for example accounting records). We delete or anonymise information we no longer have a reason to keep.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it's wrong, to ask us to delete it, and to object to how we're using it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@obiera.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
